Common questions
Does ad spend come out of my service fee?
No. Ad spend goes directly to the platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) and is billed separately. Your service fee covers strategy, management, and reporting only.
What does "starting at" mean?
Final pricing is scoped on your onboarding call based on number of platforms, campaign complexity, and deliverable volume. We confirm everything in writing before starting.
Are there contracts?
Month-to-month for Placement and Premium. The Present tier is a one-time project with optional ongoing maintenance — no lock-in.
Do you work with businesses outside Philadelphia?
Yes — we work with clients nationwide. Philadelphia is our home base but geography doesn't limit who we can serve.
